    Asus G2SG won't boot

    Hello, i got this "gamer edition" Asus G2SG yet it has no video (my 1st tough is to reball the nvidia chip). Boots normally and sometimes doesn't even boot (had once this with a nvidia chip 8600M).
    Has anyone repaired this laptop ever? I bought 3 pieces (for low price ofc), so just to be preapared.

      hy!
      try a small reflow. usually that 8600 makes some problems but i have another asus not like that you have with same video chipset and i had to reflow it and its still working almost a year of functioning.
      try a reflow plzz
      Just cook it! It's already broken.

          Of course i am gonna reflow if it works i will reball . I tough someone has already have this laptop. This one is with a 8700M (still an OC-ed 8600M, but same core).

              Laptop is a GL731GT with the I7-9750h and GTX1650.

              Full model number is gl731gt-rb71-cb
              Serial: (placeholder for when I get home)
              Board model: G531GT REV. 1.5

              Issue: Laptop was password protected with admin password. I extracted the Bios with the CH341A and ASprogrammer. I Initially saved the backup. I then scoured the internet for a rom to flash to the chip. I found a file and flashed it. I then read it back to verify and mistakenly over wrote my backup of the original Bios.

              I get this Asus X450LC REV 2.2 can't boot from SATA, ODD or USB flash drive.

              Power on normally. Boot to bios ok.
              But I can't normal boot from HDD (windows 7) just freeze on the animation. I can't boot from pre-installed SSD windows 10, bsod: driver pnp watchdog. I can't boot USB flash drive Hiren boot CD or linux mint.
