You may have a short on secondary power circuit or a circuit connected to secondary, or a thermal issue.

check for a nec/tocin cap. behind cpu socket.

i replace nec tokin but same problems wen i open power comes to bios its not dead but wen i install os in its its off again

What did you do then to solve the problem? replaced with nec tokin or SMD caps?

i replace nec tokin but same problems wen i open power comes to bios its not dead but wen i install os in its its off again

do you some pics when you do NEC TOKEN??...probably you need to make it 5 capacitors 330.....i did it one time it works on a toshiba laptops.....hope it helps you,,,
