Compaq Presario CQ61 no power on

Hello Fellas.
I have a Compaq Presario CQ61 Laptop
My problem is this laptop works with the battery and as soon remove the battery and work only with the power supply doesn't turn on.

I try some another chargers and none work.
The little white led is on as soon connect the power adapter but like I said, can't power on.
The power jack cable going to the motherboard show me the right voltage but no idea why can't turn on.

Any comment can be great.

looks like a protection and/or charging circuit problem. find the schematics, unassembly laptop, take the mobo out and measure.

i had the same problem with a samsung notebook.
it was connecto 24v direct and will only work with the battery on and with the adapter.
the notebook works and when will load the os you will see only the the battery full in windows and no charger connected.wierd
you can put other then AM4835EP it needs to have the same parameters.
but the problem to my notebook was not only that p-channel transistor, there was a problem with the power management chip to mine was called MAXIM with no balls or pins, it has contacts on the side.
