cleaned system fan
checked and replaced memory
replaced processor
and still hangs -up?

I need help identifying part name of IC in QFN16 packadge under SSD, near audio jack and 1206 capacitors (marked on photo). Unfortunatelly there is no refdes of that part so that is only info I can provide. I took boardview here on forum for revosion 2.0, but it doesn`t have this part at all, not just moved. Maybe someone have relevant schematic or BV.
Notebook was poured with coffee and someone already tried to fix it but as usual made jusy worse. I`ve restored all mobo defects and now it powers up, starts OS booting but hangs on OS logo. I believe missing part may... -

The operating system often hangs after any graphics operation like scroll/zoom/menu open/button click. It is the same after swapping all parts (CPUs: dual Opteron 2216 or 8435, RAM: 8x1GB or 8x4GB, power supply : 800W or 1000W, graphics card : original Quadro FX 3500 replaced with GeForce 7300 LE to decrease power) one at a time, and trying several operating systems (Windows 7/10, Linux, FreeBSD; 32 and 64 bit versions of all of them). Hi guys im struggling with a medion erazer deputy p40 laptop, it just hangs on the erazer logo screen, i have found the ssd faulty and replaces it but still the same fault, i have reset the battery, restored bios to defaults, tested with different ram, taken ssd out completely, i have even had a go at booting memtest x86 but its always hanging on the logo. Razer blade 2022, 14" PI480, Ryzen 6900HX, 16gb ram
I picked up a Razer blade 14" (2022) from a friend who said it "overheated" and he replaced one of the fans. He gave up on it as windows wouldn't work/re-install. He gave it to me, and i've been working on getting linux on it. Installing Mint i was able to get about 1/4 through the installer before it froze. Now i can't even get the installer to boot. I am met with a kernel panic.... sometimes. Sometimes it just hangs on the boot sequence.
I've run memtest quite a few times, and more often then not... -
I have a ZD-915 de-soldering gun, i am not getting any suction, there is no clog and i get next to no suction at the nozzle, i have suction at the back of the gun
i was trying to find the issue when i noticed this part does not fit snug around the tip going to the top
my nozzle has a diameter of 0.1" and my rubber part linked below has a diameter of 0.155"
