Help with mosfet knowledge

Hi Folks

Wonder if you can help

my mosfet knowledge is not great

so this is my question

19v in

1234 pins on mosfet 1= 19v
5678 on mosfet 1 ==0v

mosfter 2 12345678= 0v

Now im guessing because 1 of the mosfet 1 legs has to have voltage
Mosftet 2 is fine but no being turned on

So is mosfet 1 faulty

You must not oversimplify things like that. Even if it is "just" about a Mosfet. Sondirstbwe need to know about which particular circuit you're talking.

pin 1-2-3 is source
pin4 is gate
pin 5-6-7-8 is drain

Set your multi meter in ohms mode(200K or higher) and then meaure resistance between

Source-gate
Source-Drain
Gate-drain
