Question about latest u-cpu and pch

It is possible to replace a functional processor or pch recovered from a certain brand and put it on another brand. ex HP to ASUS and others.
It didn't work for me unless it was recovered only from the same brand. For example dell to dell. I tried dozens of times. The cpu or pch had to be from the same brand or absolutely new. Is there a mystery, or is something else needed besides cleaning the bios? Has anyone else encountered this problem?
My colleagues from the city reached the same conclusion. What do you say?
I'm talking here about U processors. And PCH for H and HQ processors.I had problems with both.What is your conclusion?

pch and cpu is NOT produced by laptop brand. they r produced by INTEL/AMD. so it does not matter from what laptop is desoldered. only thing that maters is same model and offcourse good soldering to not damage it. bios cleaning is mostly needed

Most modern PCH (and CPU with integrated PCH) will have Boot Guard enabled which will prevent them from working in other brands of machine (and sometimes series).

Thank you sir, I've read about this before, but I wasn't sure, I wanted someone with more experience than me to confirm. I have practically made many experiences in this sense. It works either recovered from the same brand or with a new one.

Yes, new gen mb has bootguard enabled and merely replacing them on other brand doesnt work specially on gaming motherboards (i can confirm that since i tried on gaming board). I read a lot of russian forums but still couldnt figure out how to disable it.

As far as I understand it it's not possible to disable it once it has been fused into the PCH.
Some private keys have leaked and could allow re-signing a BIOS image, but you'd need to know which board the PCH comes from and if the associated keys are available. Not sure if someone tried that already. Also a BIOS update would invalidate the process.
