Have a Dell laptop la-j081p with charging ic intersil 95522h laptop works ok with adapter but the battery charging keeps on decreasing on AC adapter and it doesn't charge up.i have charged the battery in another laptop .please guide me how to find a solution for this problem

First i would check dcin mosfets for internal short , then i would check if the adapter is recognised in bios.
Then we can go further can you give us link to shematics.

Dcin mosfets are ok no shorting on both mosfets and adapter shows 90w I have tried another adapter and it is detecting fine.but I got no voltage at prb02.and no voltage at pqb11 and pqb12 gates .ac ok is 3v and plz guide me where to check for fault and this is a new charging ic for meComment

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?
My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.

Hi guys,
I am working on a Dell G3 3579, with motherboard LA-F611P that is not charging.
Unit was dead with blown PU01 and I replaced PU01 along with PUB02 to get the unit going. After testing I found the unit is not charging.
I have seen this on the Dell G3 3579 on about 5 different units, but I have never been able to fix it

This board is driving me crazy. So it's the usual AC Adaptor not detected in BIOS etc. Battery doesnt charge.
Got a new charging pin, original Dell charger that works, another battery that also works. Still have an issue.
Problem is I am very new to this so I need a very laymans way of explaining to me what I should check.

This one's a weird one, and still unsolved despite it having gone back to Dell once.

i7-8750H, GTX 1060 Max Q, 500GB SSD & Seagate 7mm 1TB HDD. 17.3 IPS screen. This has the fingerprint reader in the power button.
Backstory
I bought this from eBay, from a wallpapering shop. £650 in 2020 which was a good price considering it's a gaming laptop. Physically it's in perfect shape, apart from the hinge mounts on the palmrest failing in the time I've had it (I have a new palmrest for it). The charging indicator light on my ASUS X54H laptop is always on even when the charger is disconnected.
Windows also shows ''Plugged in'' when charger is not connected.
This problem started year ago gradually, when unplugging the charger the charging light took several seconds to disappear, then minutes, and now almost always on even when unplugged for an entire day.
Strangely, before sometimes immediately when plugging in the charger the charging light went away, and later came back with it connected.
If I let battery run out and say it has 3% Windows will...
