If there is an '=' in the part number, then it is by Richtek.
Searching 'Richtek 6x=' on Google resulted in the attached. The values after the '=' are the date codes.
Z3 is also from Richtek.

Yes. Note that 3K = manufacturer date code. The 3K does not need to match.
