Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Confirm the current loop resistance between pins:

CSP1 (pin 7)
CSN1 (pin 8)

Measure directly at the IC (U7650).

I found something, what I can't explain. When I connect my power supply to USB-C port 1, I get 20V on fuse F3000 and at the same time 12V on fuse 3010, and that's wrong, I tested that on a working board, also when I connect my power supply to USB-C port 2 so I get 20V on F3010 and 0V on F3000.
