All bios requests should be posted in the "Bios requests ONLY!" sub forum.There`s already a dedicated " On Board Ram Disable via Bios Editing" thread,and an automated script in another thread to disable DDR4 ram.

Never attempted this before but it appears that you only need to strap as per the posted chart in post #1.

1) Take a pic of each resistor before starting so you can reverse the process, if necessary.

2) Remove resistors R1106, R1107.

3) Stuff resistors R1108, R1109, R1110. You can solder blob these pads to achieve the same 0 ohm resistor.

The above strappings should build up the binary code = 00111b = 07h in the above strap chart.

Attempt it and post your updates.

In order to build 00111b, R1106/R1107 should be staffed and remove R1108-R1110 ?
I try both 00111b and 11000b, but nothing works.

Hello... I want to disable the onboard RAM on Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 laptop motherboard, NM-C931, but I've never been able to do it.
The motherboard has an Intel processor and Samsung 8GB of integrated RAM.
