There is no administrator password, but after installation Windows asks you to enter the password for the user account. even another drive doesn't help

Hi all.)
I wanted to remove the bios password. I counted 2 flash drives, in 32MB I found the password area and replaced it with FF, but after that the laptop stopped turning on.
I returned the original firmware to the flash drive and the laptop still does not turn on. can anyone help?
