Have a motherboard nm-a273 showing battery not detected,have replaced th battery and charging ic bq737.the sda and scl voltage is 3.3v and tracks to the io is proper.the laptop is powering on the battery and battery is charging when connected with adapter but showing no battery detected in windows

Are the tested batteries known good units? They function in another logic board of the same model?
Do you see activity on the SMBUS SCL / SDA lines? The pull-up voltage is a quick check to see if the SMBUS lines are not stuck but the test does not validate if there is communication on the same pins.
Ideally, a logic analyzer or scope can be used to confirm the communication is ongoing.
Do confirm that the same 3v3 on the SDA/SCL lines is present upto and including the battery connector / cable BMS interface on the battery pack.
