Macbook A2442 820-02098 no battery charging.

Hello, i need assistance -
Got 820-02098 with liquid damage 2 cd3217b12 was damaged. Replaced both (On schematic uf400 for typeC and u5500 for magsafe), after replacing, computer turns on, works, but no battery charging(battery charge goes down). Checking with usbc power meter after reassembling getting 5v 1a power draw on magsafe, after reconnecting cable getting 20v 0a power draw. When power meter shows 5v, I'm getting the same 5volts on on PPDCIN_AON, but after reconnecting magsafe (20v on power meter) getting 0volts at PPDCIN_AON. Need help to understand why im not getting 20v on PPDCIN_AON line.

When the power delivery contract of 20v is selected, are you able to confirm that 20v is present on the USB Type C Vbus connector pin? Perhaps the PD controller is able to select this PD contract but the power supply being used is unable to provide this contract of 20V @ xx current.

Yes, voltage (20v) comes up to CD3217B12, but does not go thru. But when 5v is on the line, then it goes pass CD3217B12. Thats is mindfu*king me.

What is the voltage to ground of PPBUS_AON when the PD contract is 20v ?

From my understanding, the ISL9240 is a buck/boost regulator which when powered from 5v, should boost PPBUS_AON to ~13v.

When the PD source voltage is 20v, the ISL9240 will enter buck mode to supply the same ~13v.

Respectively, suspecting that the ISL9240 may be defective or the SMBUS master is unable to configure the modes of the ISL9240.

Do check the voltage to ground of the SMBUS SCL / SDA lines on the ISL9240.

When you have 5v power delivery contract from the outside power supply, what is the voltage to ground of PPBUS_AON?
12volts with battery disconnected and 11.4 with battery connected.

What is the voltage to ground of PPBUS_AON when the PD contract is 20v ?
11.4volts

SDA/SCL 1.78v

Now im thinking that isl9240 could be bad. Could cd3217 break ISL after liquid damage?

Flux and remove D5270 and test again with the 20V PD contract. Make a note of the polarity of this diode.

Removed D5270, no changes,
Save_bat_g is 0volts.

Do you see the 20v on the other side of the 200k resistor?

No, as i said, 20v from charging port goes to cd3217, but not pass it .

Now random thing : UR500 becomes hot, it was not earlier.
Edit: battery connection broke off. resoldered it, waiting for UV to cure paste.

UR500 = audio codec? Remove all power and check the resistance to ground of each power rail on this component.
