Hp la-e841p battery plugin but not increase

hi, i have hp CTL51/53 LA-E841P REV 2.0
the problem is battery plugin but charging % not increased i already replaced battery but the problem still same. any one help !!!

Measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the battery connector. Post the measurements.

If the smbus lines are shorted (SCL or SDA) due to an ESD transient, then this fault can occur.

Thanks for the schematic.

Does Windows report the battery is connected or disconnected if removed?

Attach the battery and power adapter.

Carefully measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the charger IC (PUB1).

Post the readings with the pin numbers.

Which charging ic do you have what are the voltages on the charging ic.

now problem solved
