Eurocom P650RG-G no POST

|Hello.
Have this Eurocom P650RG-G aka Clevo M5 Pro

It start without CPU voltage. After bios Flash i get CPU voltages but still no fanspin, no POST and when started after while capslock/numlock start blinking and after while laptop shuts down.
As fans are regulated from SIO maybe it will be good to flash it

Any hint?

try to flash ITE 8587E with vertyanov but it gives me ID error, because it reads ID FFFF rev F

it is that ite bad?
