I have a Razer Blade 15 RZ09 which doesn't power up. No lights, nothing.

I am getting 5v and 3.3v.

When I use the thermal camera, the only thing that lights up is IT8225VG-256.

I can see from Google that this chip needs programming.

Can anyone advise what my steps should be from here please?

I understand that if the chip needs to be replaced I will need a programmer. Can anyone recommend which one to get please and also how to program and get the firmware for the chip? I am in the UK.

Why do you suspect Super IO? It's pointless to focus on that.

Measure resistance to ground on all coils, without any power or battery. Check all fuses. This board have major issues, most of all I worked on had their GPU gone.

Why do you suspect Super IO?

Just because it's glowing hot and nothing else on the board has any heat under the thermal camera

Here are the diode mode values for the coils and also it shows that all the fuses have continuity between both ends

Any luck in solving this issue? I have the exact same thing on my bench.
