No boot Lenovo l590 FL490/FL590 NM-B931

hello I am looking for a breakdown on a Lenovo l590 (FL490/FL590 NM-B931). the computer turns on with the power light and the capslock but no interaction on this one. the screen stays black. external screen no display either.
for the main voltage they are ok. cpu heats up with 0.8v and 1.1v on the coils. I have already tested several bios nothing changes. thank you in advance for your help

DRAMRST# present?? PLT_RST# present?? Powergood signals checked?? Having voltage on all coils is not enough for mb to post.

Hi, sorry, I didn't understand the question. for pgood after variation it is normal that it is at 0v because there is no chip on this model of motherboard. on the other hand pwrok is well at 3.3v and I measured it on the R1515 as described on the BRD

Still, your answer is not to the point and you have not clarified whether ram is inboard or not.

Anyway, have you measured the followings:
01.H_CPUPWRGD
02.PCH_PWROK
03.PCH_SYSPWROK
04.PCH_PLT_RST#
05.DSW_PWROK

As per schematic, it seems memory is onboard here. What is the consumption on your dc supply after power on??Ignore if you are powering with adapter.

Going by the observation so far it seems like onboard memory failure. I dont see any option to disable them in schematic.

I beleive there is a memory slot as well. Am i right??

hello sorry for the late answer I was on vacation.

here are the voltage measurements:
01.H_CPUPWRGD :1.1v
02.PCH_PWROK :3.3v
03.PCH_SYSPWROK :3.3v
04.PCH_PLT_RST# :3.3v
05.DSW_PWROK :0v

There is no soldered ram on my motherboard model.

I can't feed it with my lab power supply. (power supply via USB C). and I don't have a USB C to USB C controller module.

yes i looked at the camera only the cpu heats up around 40°c

Cpu at 40 degree is absolutely normal. I still dont think its SOC fault.

Since you have confirmed there is no soldered memory, what is the consumption on your dc supply 01With ram stick 02.Without ram stick.

Are you sure DSW_PWROK is 0V?? Going by the rest od the readings DSW_PWROK should also read 3.3V. Re-check it.
