    Babystroller repair question

    Hey Guys ,

Has anyone ever tried to repair a baby stroller?
Mine has gone defective , a part of the carrycot wont stand up anymore. The buttons are defective. Well the part inside ....

I have not tried to open it ( there are no screws ) and i dont want to damage it.

Anyone got any idea's? It's from the brand "kidsriver" but it could be coming from the same factory as bugaboo etc.

    Thanks.

That also gets carried over to the US by some OEMs. At their discretion, obviously.

Sometimes you need to break shit to fix it.... Thats why my lawnmower doesn't have a deadman switch or engine brake anymore

                Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

Just archiving everything related to bumpgate since most stuff has disappeared from Google. Maybe people will finally take the time to read some of it and stop shouting "reflow gpu" at every occasion but rather try to understand what the real issue is…

Anyone repaired Ionmax ION390? I have extra screws :(
                by Widget
                Hi all,

Re-assembling a Ionmax ION390 air purifier after removing the top LCD control panel, I seem to have 2 extra screws that I, for the life of me, cannot see where they go. I've taken a couple of pictures, buuuuut there's always that one picture you need, but you didn't take :/.

I know it's a long-shot but has anyone repaired this before would have an idea?...

I'm currently in the process of replacing the LED backlight strips and during the midsts of getting the outer bezels off, in order to take off the screen, I stripped a couple of the tiny screws. Does anyone have an idea of the type of screw/size so I'm able to replace them? I'm just wondering if it's a specific non-conductive metal or not... a bit hesitant on going to the local hobby lobby, matching them up size wise, turning the tv on and then having it explode because it was the wrong metal lol

I was able to extract the few stubborn screws using a Dremel, and making a notch for...
