Truecam H7 - component missing in micro usb circuit

Hi there...

i got myself a broken dashcam on ebay with a super cap instead of a battery.

There was no amperage gettin into it... after some measurements i found out there was a loose component next to the micro usb port. in my oppinion i´ts somthing like a voltage regulator.... i need help by replacing the component marked with "BY" or "BV" . i´m not trying to solder it in again because its loiking bad. think its blown too...

can somebody help me?










Black = GND
Red = 5V
BLue = ???
Green = positive V ???

...i wonder if there is something similar in an mobile phone charging circuit that i could use... here is an old galaxy s3 with a similar component... i got lots of them...
