Ps4 Slim firmware update stuck on 53%

I have a Ps4 Slim, it works perfectly, I wanted to update to firmware v 10.1 and now it remains stuck at 53%, before it had version 6.50
Hdd is ok, it is tested with hdtune pro
The Blu-ray worked perfectly before the update
I tried several USB flash drives, no change
The wifi module was changed does the same
Can someone help me ? can the southbridge have problems?

try connecting it direct to your router....not usb

More likely to be hard drive than southbridge if you say its working

I tried with 3 different hdd + a samsung ssd + 4 different firmware versions v 6.50, 7.50. 9.00, 10.01, the console used to have version 6.50 and now it's the same, it works perfectly up to 53%, then it freezes
