PS5 Wont update stuck 99%
Ps5 version with disk version 1.1 everything seems to work normally but you can't update when installing it blocks at 99% without any error, any suggestions? I would appreciate it thanks -
PS4 Pro stuck in safe mode
I have a Ps4 Pro and it got stuck in safe mode, when I turn on the console, the LED is white, it goes into safe mode and after copying the update, the console shuts down, but normally it had to restart and continue the installation, I also changed the hdd and usb flash drive and it does the same, can anyone help me with any suggestions? -

I tried with 3 different hdd + a samsung ssd + 4 different firmware versions v 6.50, 7.50. 9.00, 10.01, the console used to have version 6.50 and now it's the same, it works perfectly up to 53%, then it freezes... -

I have a Ps4 Slim, it works perfectly, I wanted to update to firmware v 10.1 and now it remains stuck at 53%, before it had version 6.50
Hdd is ok, it is tested with hdtune pro
The Blu-ray worked perfectly before the update
I tried several USB flash drives, no change
The wifi module was changed does the same
Can someone help me ? can the southbridge have problems? -
