The bios in post2# works correctly, I have programmed it on a functional pc and it works correctly.
The problem I have is not bios.
My problem is that I have no voltage on pin 45 of the super IO (pw_btn_out), I have 0.5 v and it should have 3.2 v.
I have changed super IO, but still with the same problem.
Any idea to try to solve the problem?

post S/N, motherboard model, post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..etc.

The network motherboard is not work after updating the BIOS. The network port light is fixed to orange. I programmed two more files, but there was no change.
