M2npv-vm motherboard , oxydation near ITE, missing component

    hello

i have a asus M2npv-vm motherboard that start only fan and light
    after inspection, ite is oxydize.
i remove oxydation and rework solder pads, but a three legs component is destroy, it is named 026H and it is located at the upper right of the chip near 64th leg.
i found that the one leg side is connected to pin 68 of ITE.

can anybody have schematics, boardview or know what this component is ?

    thank you

Any variant of the 2N7002 will work, just make sure the pin layout is the same.
