Need Bios Hp All in One Ms200 Series, dump Ok

Hello to all
I can't find any bios for this all in one HP Pc
Model : MS215fr
Symptom : once a press the ON switch, it turns on and off (half second)
I have dumped the Bios, if someone can fix it, I appreciate it.
motherboard : DAOZN1MB6CO

I don't have voltage on the bios chip, is this normal ?

EDIT: I have 3.30V on the bios chip, sorry.

si la machine s'éteint une demi seconde après que tu l'allume ça voudrait dire que le processus de démarrage n'arrive pas à son terme . je crois qu'il faut d'abord chercher à savoir si les deux tensions de base à savoir 3v et 5V sont présentes . ensuite est ce que les tensions 3vs et 5vs commutées sont présentes lorsque tu appuis sur le bouton d'allumage

I have 3, 5 and 19 Volts on several points!
Well, the machine doesn't really turns on, it's only the power led that lights for a fraction of a second.
there is no fan or other sign.
I have see this same reaction on others hp's, writing the bios solved the problem.
but I can't find any bios for this ms200 series...

I've found on a site this bios "Hp All in One MS219br," but of course tha I can't download it.
Anyone here got this one ?

I have found another problem :
Once I press the start switch, the voltage on the bios chip drops to 0 volts.
what does it mean ?
