Request: Beelink Gemini M BIOS dump (SN 4125HOLH70514 – Winbond 25Q128FW)

    Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a verified BIOS dump for a Beelink Gemini M mini-PC.
The device is now bricked after flashing the official BIOS file from Beelink’s website (M41N100_1018_GeminiM8G36.bin).

    Details:

    Model: Gemini M-H-8128QD0W64PRO

CPU: Intel Celeron J4125 (Gemini Lake Refresh)

    Serial number: 4125HOLH70514

    BIOS chip: Winbond 25Q128FW (8-pin SPI, 3.3 V)

Symptom: Power LED and fan run, but no HDMI output after flash.

If anyone has a working dump (.bin) for this revision, or can share a known good image, I’d really appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance

          Hi hoaca388,
Thanks a lot for sharing the M41N106.bin file — I really appreciate your help.

I’ve just flashed it successfully (erase → program → verify all OK), but unfortunately the system still shows the same symptoms:

power LED and fan turn on,

but no HDMI signal, no POST, no keyboard response.

It seems this BIOS might not match my exact board revision (AZW Gemini M Ver:4.1, Winbond W25Q128FWSQ).
If you or anyone else has a dump from the same revision, I’d be happy to test it.

Thanks again for your time and support!

Yes, I’ve just tried the other two BIOS files from the Beelink repository — unfortunately, none of them worked.
I’m currently in contact with Beelink support and waiting for their R&D team to provide the correct BIOS for my Gemini M Ver 4.1 (Winbond W25Q128FWSQ).
In the meantime, I’ve managed to find another working Gemini M unit with the same specs, and I’ll dump its BIOS to compare and possibly restore the bricked one.

Post the backup of the other working unit, it will need the TXE/ME firmware cleaning.

Here is the full dump from the working Gemini M unit (same Ver 4.1 board, Winbond 25Q128FWSQ).

Request HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 (J06) BIOS dump to restore system firmware
                    by Ahari
                    Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

                    I...

[REQUEST] 2MB BIOS Dump for Lenovo NM-E471 Rev 2.0 (Winbond 25Q16JWSIQ Chip)
                    by hyperwood
                    Hi everyone,

                    I’m looking for a 2 MB BIOS dump for a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 16ARH7H / Legion 5 with mainboard NM-E471 Rev. 2.0.

The BIOS chip is a Winbond W25Q16FW (1.8V, 2MB) and it's completely unresponsive / bricked. I tried recovery via USB but no success. Now I want to reflash it externally using a CH341A programmer.

I already found 32MB dumps (e.g. from Vinafix and Badcaps), but they are too large for the chip – and the last 2MB in those files are just FF FF FF....

                    ✅ What I need:
                    • A working 2MB BIOS dump
                    • Matching NM-E471 Rev. 2.0, e.g. JY575
                    ...

Request: SPI Flash BIOS Dump (Winbond 25Q128) for Dahua NVR4216-4KS2
                    by spmetroil
                    Hello,

I am trying to repair a Dahua NVR4216-4KS2 that is not booting.
The main BIOS/firmware is stored in an SPI flash EEPROM (Winbond 25Q128, labeled as U130 on the PCB).

I have a CH341A programmer and I already attempted the following steps:
                    1. Identified the correct chip (W25Q128, 3.3V SPI flash).
                    2. Tried to read the contents with CH341A Programmer software. The dump seems corrupted and I often get the error: “Chip with the contents are in disagreement.”
                    3. Compared several chip type selections (24Cxx and 25Qxx families) to confirm it is indeed a 25 series SPI

Alienware 17 Area-51m laptop BIOS dump with Winbond 25Q80DVSIG
                    by TechMark1
I was searching the BIOS on this Alienware Area-51m laptop to try to find the info for a customer, but could not find it. I discovered that info is encrypted and hidden only Dell can pull it up. So then I thought, there may be someone who needs a working BIOS dump bin file for that laptop. So, I am uploading it to help others who may need this to unbrick the laptop or fix their Area-51m. The BIOS chip was a Winbond 25Q80DVSIG. If this helps someone out there, then my labor was not wasted. I just zipped it so I could attach it....

ASUS ZenBook UX480F : need help with cleaning the ME region of my BIOS dump
                    by mkdj
                    Dear all,
I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:

I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.

I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would...
