I was searching the BIOS on this Alienware Area-51m laptop to try to find the info for a customer, but could not find it. I discovered that info is encrypted and hidden only Dell can pull it up. So then I thought, there may be someone who needs a working BIOS dump bin file for that laptop. So, I am uploading it to help others who may need this to unbrick the laptop or fix their Area-51m. The BIOS chip was a Winbond 25Q80DVSIG. If this helps someone out there, then my labor was not wasted.
I just zipped it so I could attach it.

by TamFisheHi, I got a ThinkPad x1 carbon 6th gen from a friend after in an attempt to fix it he ended up bricking the motherboard. today i tried plugging the laptop to the wall and i got no signs of life, despite the connections being proper. i've found out this winbond 25q80dvsig chip under a label near the usb c ports and i gave it a read, and the output has massive chunks of 0000 0000 0000 0000 followed by FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF and sometimes some proper values scattered across the whole chip. I've attached the file because I've read people request it in order to fix it. Moderators, if I've posted this...

by hyperwoodHi everyone,
I’m looking for a 2 MB BIOS dump for a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 16ARH7H / Legion 5 with mainboard NM-E471 Rev. 2.0.
The BIOS chip is a Winbond W25Q16FW (1.8V, 2MB) and it's completely unresponsive / bricked. I tried recovery via USB but no success. Now I want to reflash it externally using a CH341A programmer.
I already found 32MB dumps (e.g. from Vinafix and Badcaps), but they are too large for the chip – and the last 2MB in those files are just FF FF FF....
✅ What I need:- A working 2MB BIOS dump
- Matching NM-E471 Rev. 2.0, e.g. JY575

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a Dell PowerEdge R340 (Service Tag: JTMLKB2).
The iDRAC is bricked — system hangs at “iDRAC initializing,” fans at 100%, and no VGA output.
The cause is a bad firmware flash to the iDRAC SPI.
Board details:
- Model: Dell PowerEdge R340 (14G)
- iDRAC version: iDRAC9
- Flash chip: Winbond 25Q032 (32 Mbit / 4 MB)
- Location: iDRAC EEPROM near the BMC (ASPEED AST chip)
- Tool used: CH341A programmer
What I need:
- A clean, working 4 MB `.bin` dump of the 25Q032 from another R340...-

by spmetroilHello,
I am trying to repair a Dahua NVR4216-4KS2 that is not booting.
The main BIOS/firmware is stored in an SPI flash EEPROM (Winbond 25Q128, labeled as U130 on the PCB).
I have a CH341A programmer and I already attempted the following steps:- Identified the correct chip (W25Q128, 3.3V SPI flash).
- Tried to read the contents with CH341A Programmer software. The dump seems corrupted and I often get the error: “Chip with the contents are in disagreement.”
- Compared several chip type selections (24Cxx and 25Qxx families) to confirm it is indeed a 25 series SPI

by Max74747Hello everyone,
I’m looking for a verified BIOS dump for a Beelink Gemini M mini-PC.
The device is now bricked after flashing the official BIOS file from Beelink’s website (M41N100_1018_GeminiM8G36.bin).
Details:
Model: Gemini M-H-8128QD0W64PRO
CPU: Intel Celeron J4125 (Gemini Lake Refresh)
Serial number: 4125HOLH70514
BIOS chip: Winbond 25Q128FW (8-pin SPI, 3.3 V)
Symptom: Power LED and fan run, but no HDMI output after flash.
If anyone has a working dump (.bin) for this revision,...-
