Bios repair for Dell Optiplex XE3

Hello!
I have a dell optiplex xe3 pc with this issue: if i reset the bios it starts and works until i power it off, then it is not working and gives me a bad motherboard error code. if i reset the bios it works again. i tried bios update and recovery, no luck.

Board number: K5F13 Rev. A00
