Hello!
I have a dell optiplex xe3 pc with this issue: if i reset the bios it starts and works until i power it off, then it is not working and gives me a bad motherboard error code. if i reset the bios it works again. i tried bios update and recovery, no luck.
Board number: K5F13 Rev. A00

I changed the service tag in hex editor in those bin files but i can't disable de manufacturing mode...something is not matching.
If anyone can help me removing the bios password from my bin files i would be grateful.... -

8FC8 Patcher software works for this suffix too?
When patching the 8mb bin file, the patcher gives me this error "wa nakita ang unang pattern" (did not see the first pattern).

I found the solution for my situation.
Updating the bios from operating system didn't worked even if i received the message that the bios update was successfully.
I tried bios recovery from usb and it worked.(last version from lenovo)
After that i did what SMDFlea said: Press F1 to enter BIOS Setup Utility, F9 for default settings and then press F10 to save your settings *.Leave a comment:
