I have reset security then reset the bios to factory settings, saved and confirmed by typing in the numbers that I am resetting the bios but after soldering the original bios there is the password again. what am I doing wrong?

You have another 32MB or 16MB chip, post it.

I have a hp prodesk 400 g6 mini with locked bios.
trying to unlock the bios but still stuck at the first steps.
I got a CH341A programmer and a SOIC8 clip.
The bios chip was not detected by neither neoprogrammer nor asprogrammer , and I could not find the chip model on their "supported chips" list.
bios chip model GD25B256E

Any kind of help would be appreciated !

I dumped the BIOS and tried unlocking but the RCUnlocker procedures failed because it's a 32mb bios
Could someone please unlock the bios dump for both PCs?

Thanks for help for this PC.
The problem why I get 5 long 7 short buzz, is bad flashing.
Change programmer and usb port, reflash - bingo.
PC starts, bios unlocked.
Can you help me with another bios?

With this file I reflashed 2 devices.
This is step by step how I did that.
1 - Run HP BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) - to backup original ID's.
1.1 - hpbiosconfigutility.exe /getconfig:"backup_id.txt"
1.2 - store it somewhere where you can take it when it need.
1.3 - Edit backup_id.txt, find inside string starts "Manufacturing Programming Mode" replace

1.4 - Save with replace.
2 - Desolder flash from motherboard.
3 - Put FLASH chip to programmer (in my case I used CH341A (green version))
4 - Dump original BIOS(UEFI) and store it in safe place
5 - ERASE FLASH!!! (In my case this is very important, if not - flashing will false)
6 - Flashing the HP ProDesk 400 G6 Desktop Mini.rar
7 - Soldering flash back to motherboard.
8 - Run system normally, you will see the " Manufacture Programming Mode is in Unlock" in top left corner.
9 - After windows starts, we should upload the ID's back to the system to do that - Run hpbiosconfigutility.exe /setconfig:"backup_id.txt"
10 - After all done, reboot the system.
11 - Et voila, you are perfect.
