dell OptiPlex 3050 all in one bios error solution

Hi I need bios for dell OptiPlex 3050 all in one mb part is ipkbl-sr/35w.

Old bios display is coming but giving following error
(A7) FW downgrade - request mespilock fail upon starting

After this error all in one again restart and again same error not booting

I am attaching here old file

Urgent help required because its server pc of someone

I found bios but it's take time to display its taking 55 second also my friend build new bios and clean me but still same late display. i am attaching file here if anyone can help late display solution
