Unplugged the computer during a bios update. Now it powers on for a second and turn off. Im attaching the bios from GD25R256E@SOIC16 if anyone can take a look at it for me. Thank you!!

It could be a Hardware problem, but before that you need to be sure that you flashed the file to the chip correctly and the chip is soldered in a proper way.
