I looked for the service tag and its not there on the case. The chip I read it 16 pin unless its not the right one. I found the service tag in the file I posted:

I can't remove the bios password on this, I tried RC unlocker and says done but its not. Can someone take out the password on this dell please? Its the new suffix I can't remove generate a code for it.
Anyway you can tell me how its done too? I tried replacing ME region with locked one and it stopped booting up. This is the original bios that I posted.
