problem: all voltages are present, no display, im attaching the bios i extracted from the board, maybe someone will fix it or provide another... thanks, i will also upload pictures for more detail

still i suspect to be a bios, since voltages are present, the pch and cpu is getting warm and hot(not so hot, just anormal temp when board is on) indicating that they are working when turn on.
