    Transistor from USB HUB

    Hi all!
Yesterday my usb hub started smoking after I pluged in a pad controller.... It has performed great for a couple of years.
There is a burnt smd transistor, but the code is unreadable. It's a Sot-23 package. I read somewhere that smd transistors starting with "A" are MOSFET.

    Don't know if P or N.
5v from usb goes straight to the single pin side, which might be Drain...
Only data i have is package, usb operation voltage.
No max current draw on the label.... it has 7 usb ports.

Don't know about transistor specs. Any advise on a possible substitute?

    Thanks.
