it's not stable, one of the FET is dissipating too much heat,that's why it's shut down...
I have about 30 small 0603 ceramic 100nF capacitors...

what's the valid value for NTC (CPU sensor) I got only 1 ohm on my meter in circuit measurement...

I got NTC value = 1 ohm below the CPU....can it be the main problem ??

Done fixing it....POST successfull....I must hold the heatsink and put thermal paste for it...
and it's POST until displaying boot message in VGA....tada..!!!

It's working now after replacing some FETs, caps and buck controller..NTC as well..
