According to the manual, One Long beep followed by three short beeps means Video card not found or video card memory bad,
Try another agp video card or try a pci video card, try removing the memory and see what happens, I have seen memory and agp conflicts before, also try reseting the bios if you have'nt already

I removed everything still beep awhile and then completely shut off...is one of the FET faulty ? if I remove the CPU...it's running ok...the fan spinning and it's still on

Are you removing 'G'pu or 'C'pu, post 1 said Gpu post 3 said CPU, If you removed the CPU and it works, I would check the fets around the CPU socket or your CPU could be bad

I removed all...CPU and GPU...fan is running without stopping...
but if I put CPU...it's running awhile then stop ...no GPU

I check Q3 and Q4 = 0V on the drain, it could be a death FET and caps...
3 caps are short...I will see if I remove them...what's the response on my DMM ??

nothing wrong with those FET or caps, I reckon the CPU is not right...
without CPU, fan can run ok, but after I put CPU...fan on for about 5 seconds voltage at 03 and Q4 is 1.7V which is CPU core and off....

I suspect the AGP slot... AGP systems seem finicky. It's not seeing a valid video card...

without AGP or anything, only CPU, power ON....few seconds fan rotating....and OFF
ok I will see with different VGA...

Not working with different VGA....I can hear a beep...but power off ..
without VGA and memory....beep as well and power off..
CPU is not good...

I tried with different CPU, good one, but the symptom is the same....beep...fan spin and off...if I release the CPU....it's stable...any clues ?
I'll measure the voltage now...

I've found 1 diode 1N5817, forward voltage only 0.1V...
it could be the culprit ??

the caps with red line on top are failed on continuity test...
they're all beep very loud...
could it be the problem ?

but I can't see any bulge on top...

could it be because of low rpm CPU fan ? and there is no chassis fan and power fan..

Voltage measurement, PWM and zener photos...
Could it the problem with PWM and zener ?

Any clues ?
