That is muuuuuuuuuuuuch better!

You might want to solder the MOSFET properly to the motherboard, though (like the way it was from the factory). The metal tab on the MOSFET serves as a heatsink. So when it is soldered to the motherboard, the whole motherboard PCB acts as a heatsink and the MOSFET stays cooler.

Thanks for the suggestion, yup I've done with big chissel tip and it's a lot easier...
and two solders working together as a clamp is the trick I have done...

Yes, that's how I do them as well . Two hot irons, lots of solder, and I slide the MOSFET off the board in a minute. No hot air needed at all.
