Never recapped before? Really stange ...
Perhaps the board manifacturer run out of Rubycons and employed this Chssi: there are other chssi near the Agp slot.

iirc it was an ms-6309.
and all the chssi got replaced.
customer reported random reboots.recap fixed it.
my guess is the lone chssi was in the machine still after being loaded with rubycons.

Those Green/Gold Teapo SX (?) should also go - they've failed silently without bulging in the past.
