    lenovo M600 tiny bios

    Good Evening,
I'm facing an issue on lenovo M600 tiny with celeron N3050, bip at start with Error 0199.
I tried to dump the bios (verifying 3 times the checksum, same numbers). But when passing in auto pacth I have a stange message:
Using UEFIReplace to inject 2 DXE drivers...
    [1/2] BootOption (GUID e0746c42-d3f9-4f8b-b211-1410957b9ff5)
m600_lenovo.bin is corrupted or does not contain a valid dump.
    There was an error... Aborting.
But since then computer is not booting anymore.
Tried to inject the save bin but stil the same issue (start when plugged in) but not picture and no light on the front panel !

Could someone have a look and help me to undersand what is wrong.

Thank you for your kind help.

    Here are the missing information.
    Lenovo Thinkcenter M600
    Machine type: 10GA
    Model Number: S00900
    S/N: PC0CY2TV
    Motherboard: IBSWIH1 00XG006 Celeron N3050.

I have added some pictures, I made the dump from U27/28 with CH431A and read it 3 times. After tried another BIOS the motherboard start (fan spinning and most of the part heating up) but no light on the button and no picture.
Any help or advice will be very much appreciated.

Have you got the CLR_CMOS jumper on the right pins. Try this bios.

          Hi guys,
Sorry for late answer I have to hit the road today.
For Azad192, No I did not found the problem and to be honest my last try I thin I have burn both of the controllers U12 and U37 (both where flashing on thermal infrared camera indicating that there is a short somewhere and not on the power line).
I must see to buy some of these, not sure how many time it will take.
I have a working board on which I dump the BIOS but just after I have falshed it inside the bad board I fried the controllers so I prefer not to share it as I does not want to burn your motherboard if anything is wrong.

          For SMDFlea,
Thank you for your help, I will try it as soon as I have fixed the short (if I can identify where it is).

          Thank for your help.

I have mixed feelings on lenovo product, some are great I have M93p and M700 working just fine. And some other are strange, one locked itself with bios password (I never setup) and cannot remove it with standard tools...

          More Information next week.

            Hi guys,

Small update, the cpu is fried.
After carefully replaced both controller, the cpu is heating on one spot... it is fried explaining why I suddendly don't have any respond from the motherboard.
            Subject is closed for me.

            Thank to all your support.

Help Disabling Flash Protection Range Registers on Lenovo P360 Tiny BIOS
              by abhorsen
              Hey guys,

Hope you all are doing well. I come here from Win-Raid because I am having issues disabling Flash Protection Range Registers so I can flash my BIOS from within Windows using Intel's IFW tool/using flashrom within Linux, however I cannot due to the above mentioned error.

Here is my thread on Win-Raid detailing the whole process I went through: https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/re...h-gen/95478/27

Essentially I managed to boot into Windows while shorting PINs 1+5 of my audio chip to disable the HAP bit...

Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 (serial number: MP2BFZEF) bios request
              by Wahaz
              Hello,

I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
So I thought it was a Bios problem.
I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 Desktop - Corrupt BIOS
              by grimacelord
              Hello there.

I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.

              History:

              1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.

I searched for this error online and discovered...

              Lenovo IdeaPad 330 15-AST 81D6 BIOS Recovery
              by jendkkd jeje
So a couple of years ago i got a bios update through Lenovo Vantage, so i installed it and bricked my whole BIOS, so i couldn't fix it so i put that ideapad in a box, 3 years later i found that one PC and want to recover it to switch from a 2014 hp laptop to this one.

I found a method to recover the BIOS of many lenovo laptops tha consists in pluging in a USB Flash with the BIOS files and power on the laptop with Fn + R keys pressed until fans go loud and start beeping loud, but nothing worked, so i think filename is wrong, i tried naming the bios file as 07WW.BIN, BIOS.BIN, BIOS.fd,...
