Yup. Definitely Sacon FZ. You can replace them with these (

). They are slightly taller, but they will work fine
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!
No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

I replace those systematically. Unfortunately, they're VERY common on lower and mid range graphics cards from 2004 to 2009.
