    Hi hall

I have a mother board asrock 775i65g that would not light up due to a burnt component.

the problem is that I do not know which part is, you know of an equivalent?

    how can I fix this?

          moved to motherboards..
my educated guess is its a regulator from 5vstb to whatever the southbridge run from.
would certainly knock it dead.r256 is done too.

May have put an inductor in instead of a 0 rated resistor?

it may be useful I have another motherboard the same (working), and the component in question is healthy, but has a different code...

it's good enough for board dead ?...

              where is it?
