Reading mx25l25673gmi08G Programmer SOP16

I have just bought a second user Dell 3080 which has a SOP16 IC - mx25l25673gmi08G

Despite my best searching with limited understanding of the wider subject I am struggling to see which programmer will suit this IC?

Can I use the CH341a, I will guess not since it seems limited to SOP8?

In addition it would be good to know if the is a chance of doing this with a clip rather than removing the chip.

Would really appreciate any help that can be provided.

I never used CH341A to read a sop16 chipset but i guess you can do it because there is a adapter board for sop16 coming with CH341A and in description they say it supports 25 SPI flash 8 and 16 pins.
