    Faulty 1660ti

Hi everyone, I have a nvidia 1660ti that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't and make mobo 4beep. First question: could be a short? If was a short is it possible that sometimes the gpu works?
Second I have a doubt on a mesure. I'm mesuring all the electrolitics caps in the phases and they mesure 0.5ish ohm one side and 0.2ish on the other. Is that normal? It sound short for me.
    Thank you all

If is crucial to gpu - no.

      It sound short for me.
It is not necessary short, on gpu may be a low resistance.
Check if behaveour is connected with change of temperature (which indicate a some bad cap), or with slightly mechanical bending/pushing expecialy larger component, where it can indicate for bad or crack soldering point or even track. Use a plastic or wood stick.

I got some that behaveour cap, that not working when it cold, but a few degree up and the all simptomps are gone. I find that with piece of ice cube, where I forced bad condition for him to reveal...

Also check the pcie slot on mb and card... may lose contact, dirt...
