Dell U2312HM Why are these capacitors different colors?

I have a Dell U2312HM monitor with a bad power regulator. As part of the repair I was going to replace the capacitors near the regulator. All 4 capacitors are the same size/voltage but two are brown and two are black (see attached photos). The reference numbers on the two different capacitors are: 1301(M) and 1321(M). Does anyone know what they mean? Can I use the same replacement capacitors for all four?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

    1301 (M) and 1321 (M) are production date 13 years 01 and 21 weeks.

      Hello.

Yes, better to use the same for all. I have used the following for replacement in my Dell U2413
