Dell Latitude 3440 - Service tag ending in 0001 - Locked!

BIOS password locked Dell Latitude 3440 (Service tag B4HNJX3)
Have extracted the BIN and want to know how to rebuild a clean BIOS

I have come across the 8F8C patcher but not sure if that would work in my case as the service tag ends in 0001.
I tried it and although the log states it patched several mentions of 8F8C in the BIN, I haven't flashed it yet in case such a patch wouldn't work.

Have also tried to extract a clean BIN file from Dell's .exe BIOS updates using 'Dell PFS Extractor', but not confidently; Ended up with a 25MB file instead of the same 32MB as the dump.
Even if I did manage to extract a known-good BIN, I wouldn't know how to rebuild it with my machine-specific data (MAC address, etc.)

Is there any guidance on this? Have spent hours sifting through some great resources but not found anything specific for Dell's.
Came across the FD44Editor for Asus BIOS's and wondered if there's any free utilities like it for Dell?

As helpful as all of the users I've seen on here can be, I'd love to be able to do all of this myself in future

And when I reinstall the chip, what other preparation should I do to the machine? Hard drive disconnected? Is it possible for the BIOS to be rebuilt from the existing data drive?

I used your "unlock.rar" and it worked flawlessly! ... But how?

I appreciate no good magician ever wants to reveal their tricks, but what did you do exactly?

I love tinkering and its really unfulfilling not understanding how to do the whole process lol
