Anyone heard of the brand Chromatics?

So I picked up this rackmount beast from a friend who in turn got it from some russian guy who in turn supposedly got it off a nuclear submarine......

It's incredible. All the internals are supported on rubber mounts, even the tube is held in place by rubber.

Googling both the brand as well as the model however turns up absolutely no results so other than a whisper that it is supposedly locked at 1280x1024 (can't test it right now as I need both a VGA to BNC cable and a video card supporting composite sync) and that you can run it from 120v with a bit of hacking of the rear connector I know nothing else about it.
    Find Nedry!

    Check the Vending machines!!

if you google barco cx-2000 you will get hits with cx-2000 that say it is an industrial monitor for cnc equipment (automatic machine tools)

50-400 HZ (can probably work in airplanes because line freq. in planes is 400 cycle sec.)

Samsung 55NU6900 - Heard a pop then tv is dead, burnt cap & dead fuse
        by Pwtzz
        Hi All,

Before replacing what I know to be bad even with my novice experience. What I have checked at the moment is the fuse and the obvious burnt capacitor. I haven't bought any replacement parts yet.
I still have no idea how this happened but could just be plain old turned bad. What other stuff should I consider buying as replacement? thanks in advance.

Edit: I saw that a replacement board can be had for about $50. I would rather attempt to fix before just replacement the board.

        msi GTX 580 artifacts
        by ribcage
Hi, I wonder if anyone could give me any advice on this. I've had this card for like ten years and it suddenly started showing artifacts and the PC crashes when trying to log into Windows. The attached photo I found on the internet but my case looks identical. I reduced the voltage with msi Afterburner from 1025mv to like 963mv and then an hour or so later, while running an intensive game the PC just crashed. Typical of me to do dumb things but my PC was baking, so yeah... From what I've read undervolting shouldn't physically damage anything but it seems too big of a coincidence. Although I've...

        ZD-915 not sucking (not clogged)
        by evilkitty
I have a ZD-915 de-soldering gun, i am not getting any suction, there is no clog and i get next to no suction at the nozzle, i have suction at the back of the gun

i was trying to find the issue when i noticed this part does not fit snug around the tip going to the top
my nozzle has a diameter of 0.1" and my rubber part linked below has a diameter of 0.155"

        https://eleshop.eu/rubber-sealing-ring-zd-915.html

Am i missing a part or has the rubber melted?

How Can I test PWM DM0365R?
        by chth96
        Hello
I have power adaptor(220V/input, 12V 1.2A/output) which has symptom of fluctuating output DC voltage between 11.5V-12.2V.
So I opened its plastic case and when switched it on, I heard constant tik tik sound from inside its PCB.
I measured DC voltage between negative and positive pin of the largest capacitor(400v 10uf) and it was measured contant 300V.
I also measured ESR value of all capacitors and I noticed that one of capacitor(KMG 16v 470uf), which located in the secondary side, have high ESR value(10 ohm),So I replaced it with same specification NXH capacitor....
