    Need Help Identifying smt diode

    Hi All,
I need help identifying this diode. SMT diode marked with 39 62. (black plastic chip type device)
It is from a viewsonic scalar board. I cannot seem to find any reference to the markings.

    thnx!

Can you provide a clear photo?

Are you certain it is a diode?

        Hi Wizard & Toasty,

Thanks for the quick reply. I am not 100% sure it is diode, but it is located at D21 on the PCB. Just assuming the "D" refers to a diode of some sort. The component in question looks exactly like the ones at D26 & D25. Thnx.

Well, that seems to be pretty clear. It's a diode, and the markings are 39 62. Any chance it's a 1N3962 or SMT equivalent?

The picture is misleading. D25 and D26 in the center are 39 26 but these are not the diodes in question. D21 is missing so even a SMD SMT Cross Reference Chart is no good.
