Dell E228 WFP

So I just got a dell e228 wfp. upon turning on it lights up for a sec then goes off. I checked the CCFL's and they are good. I shined a light through the lcd and have picture. I tossed the power/ ccfl inverter board into the freezer and it stays on till it get hot

My theory : Bad caps that when hot have higher ESR than they normally have.
