My apologies for another clarification and help request.
I was checking on the DAC-19M005 and it is completely different from the DAC-19M009 and does not have the Audio board - see photo attached.

The Viewsonics VS11349 also has the DAC-19M009 but with the audio section - see photo attached.
My Acer AL2216W has the DAC-19M009 but without the audio board - see photo attached.
If you get the chance, could you clarify - I'm back to being confused again (not your fault, I'm just cautious)

My apologies for spreading confusion on the various DAC models.
Please disregard - I have ordered my capacitors (all 10 - if I'm going to do 8, I might as well re-cap all) and decided to re-cap my existing DAC-19M009 BF Rev 01A - I think this is the least confusing approach.
Thank you for the support, advice and the (most import) list of caps that need replacement along with (very important) photo identifying the caps.

John, sorry about the delay in responding. I pretty much relied on the repair from a site ccl-la.com, which isn't online now, but I give them credit for creating the original repair.
Check the picture for which capacitor you are trying to repair. The capacitors you need to replace are circled in the picture attached. Use solder braid and remove the bad caps and solder in the replacement caps. Be sure to replace them in the proper polarity, you will see a stripe on the side. The stripe is the negative lead. Just reinsert the new caps with the stripe going the same direction as the old ones come out. The DAC-19M009 and DAC-19M005 are the same, one has the audio and the other does not. The values and part locations are listed here:

I have taken the liberty of adding notes beside your list of capacitors for people (like me) who stumble on this site and come across your post - the notes are clarifications for the cap Numbers on the board (specifically the DAC-19M009 BF, Rev 01A (other boards will differ).

220uf 25v – Number 1,3 and 7 - Capacitors C200, CE103, CE101 (1), (3), (7) (see photo attached)
1000uf 25v- Number 2 and 5 - Capacitors CE103, CE102 (2), (5) (see photo attached)
1000uf 10v- Number 6 - Capacitor CE109 (6) (see photo attached)
2200uf 10v- Number 4 - Capacitor CW105 (4 )(see photo attached)
330uf 25v – Number 8 - Capacitor CE108 (8) (see photo attached)

For those wanting to replace ALL caps (total 10 - 2 below and 8 from above), the following will also be needed:
400v 120uF - Ripple Capacitor CE106 (10) (see photo attached)
50v 22uF - Capacitor CE107 (9) (see photo attached)
