Help with vintage Amstrad PC12HRCD CRT monitor

This vintage monitor is giving me a headache and I was wondering if anyone can help me get it working. The power supply failed a few years back and it got put to one side when I got unwell (I have MS) and now I have time and feel ok I want to fix it back up. Originally the power supply failed and from what I remember I replaced some caps but when I turned it on it went pop again and after that it got put away. I have downloaded all the service manuals for all the Amstrad monitors but for some reason i cant see what I am looking for in the manual even though its the right model number.
I seem to have misplaced the damaged components (one electro cap, one diode and one inductor coil I believe) but cannot see them in the parts list so cant find out what they were.
Stupid I know I should have taped them to the monitor in a bag or something but too late now. My MS causes memory issues so that might be why I didn't put them somewhere safe.
I would be most grateful if I upload some pictures and the manual, someone can help me make sense of it.

Thanks very much STj. It no longer looks worthwhile when checking it over more thoroughly and getting the photos done for you as I noticed a crack around the neck of the CRT. I did notice it had a chip on the screen so it looks like its been bashed around at one time and that's why it was given to me. I have other computers to sort out yet, namely a Osborne 01 and a Compaq portable III which is quite rare now and has a plasma tube. Both also have PSU problems. Thanks again for you offer of help, I'm just glad I spotted the crack before I went any further with it.
